Community marketing
Why does door knocking usually stop working?
Because it's done once. Door knocking, flyers and door hangers only work with consistency. A single visit is forgotten by next week, and the next company's flyer covers yours.
A Title Sponsor is front and center in the neighborhood every day, every week, every month for one year. Your name is on the neighborhood's home page, your team member is the friendly face neighbors already know, and your events bring people together each quarter. At the end of the year, you decide whether to renew.
One-time
- A knock on the door
- A flyer in the mailbox
- A hanger on the handle
- Forgotten next week
Title Sponsor
- Every day on the home page
- A neighbor on your team
- An event every quarter

Four events a year
Why do the events matter so much?
Because they matter to the neighborhood. One event each quarter, hosted by your team member who lives there, gives neighbors a reason to come outside and meet each other.
- For residents: real community, in their own neighborhood, four times a year.
- For you: this is how neighbors meet you and get to know your company.
- For the neighborhood site: this is how residents discover Vissabl.
- Local vendors: invite them to join. You collect any vendor contribution directly; Vissabl isn't involved.

Questions sponsors ask
Why a full year instead of a one-time campaign?
Door knocking, flyers and door hangers only work with consistency. One visit is forgotten by next week. A Title Sponsor is front and center in the neighborhood every day, every week, every month for a year, so neighbors know your name when they need you.
Who hosts the events?
A member of your team who lives in the neighborhood. They host one community event each quarter, four a year, and they're your company's local face. That's why sponsorships start where your team already lives.
Can we bring other vendors to our events?
Yes. You invite local vendors to join your events. Any vendor contribution is collected by you directly; Vissabl isn't involved in that.
How does exclusivity work?
There is one Title Sponsor per neighborhood and one company per trade. While you hold a neighborhood, no other business is its Title Sponsor. Other businesses may still appear elsewhere on Vissabl, like the marketplace and directory.
Does the HOA endorse my business?
No. The Vissabl neighborhood site isn't run or sanctioned by the HOA, and a sponsorship doesn't mean an HOA or its board endorses your business. Sponsorships are labeled as sponsored. Events on HOA common areas follow the HOA's usual reservation rules.
How long is the commitment?
One year. It doesn't renew automatically; at the end of the year you decide whether to sponsor again.
What does it cost?
Title Sponsor is $1,000 a month for 10 neighborhoods, with 2 months free when you pay the year up front ($10,000). Paying monthly is a 12-month agreement. Your Vissabl rep walks you through the details and answers every question.
This is a paid sponsorship. It is labeled as sponsored on neighborhood pages and doesn't mean an HOA or its board endorses your business. One Title Sponsor per neighborhood; one company per trade. Subject to availability and Vissabl approval.
